In the development of yoga students, we focus on awareness, gentleness, wholeness, relaxation and inner peace, and thus calmness in the outside world. To embody these qualities, we develop strength, flexibility and mobility of body and mind. By practicing presence and gaining full awareness in the moment, we gradually harmonize mind, spirit and body.
I teach you to practice yoga correctly and consistently, with respect for your own limits, gratitude and love, at each point of movement to your own nature/essence/purpose where these qualities reside. You will discover how yoga beneficially affects the quality of your entire inner and outer life, relationships, flow, abilities and freedom to choose your own physical, psychological, emotional, energetic and spiritual responses to reality. The openness and trust of the participants are good starting points, which along with consistency, perseverance and attendance ensure personal growth and development. Snežana Timotijević @s.neznost is a certified instructor of Ha-tha yoga (240 hours): asana (yoga positions), pranayama (breathing technique) and yogic relaxation. Each class encompasses these three units in a unique way. Additionally, it provides participants with positional variations as well as functional exercises and corrections. She has been practicing yoga for eight years, and has been an instructor for three years. He teaches beginner and intermediate level classes. In her yoga classes, she implements the use of therapeutic essential oils with the intention of helping participants to connect with their own nature and the nature around us.
