Live online yoga classes via Zoom, live stream
The classes include asanas, pranayama (breathing exercises), and relaxation, and are based on traditional Hatha Yoga with elements of Vinyasa. They combine standing asanas with classic postures, with an emphasis on the breathing process. Throughout each session, we engage all parts of the body, paying attention to the sequence, and integrating movement with breath, all with the aim of achieving unity of body, mind, and spirit
For a yoga class, you only need a yoga mat, comfortable clothing, your body, and an open mind.
