Yoga as a way of life

A modern, fast-paced way of life encouraged the search for balance, redirecting one’s gaze towards the interior and one’s own potential. Thus, yoga becomes a way of ‘strategically returning to oneself’, to simplicity, creativity and spontaneity.

She has been practicing yoga since 2001. Motivated by the positive effects of yoga in everyday life, she obtained her yoga instructor diploma in 2010 at the Satyananda ashram in Greece. He expands his experiences and knowledge by attending various seminars in the field of yoga, as well as through daily practice.

She believes that yoga offers ways to experience authentic joy, innate peace and inner beauty, as a method of cultivating strength and flexibility in body, mind and spirit, on and off the mat.
