Semiprivate and individual yoga sessions
Due to lifestyle, lack of time, health reasons, or simply because the concept of group classes does not meet individual needs, semiprivate and individual yoga sessions have become increasingly common. In an individual yoga session, only the practitioner and the instructor are present. The sessions are planned and tailored exclusively to the needs of the practitioner. The program of asanas, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques is designed to address the identified problem or need of the practitioner as effectively as possible. One-on-one sessions typically result in a faster transfer of knowledge from the instructor to the practitioner, leading to quicker learning and progress. Semiprivate sessions involve working in smaller groups of two or up to three people. These sessions are often chosen by individuals or couples with similar interests who want to focus on this discipline together. Such a small group still allows the instructor to adjust the session to the practitioners' needs, while the participants benefit from the shared experience.
