Hatha yoga classes on Mondays and Thursdays. In the classes, the asanas are performed slowly, building on each other, with a longer stay in each position. Our goal is to increase body flexibility, strengthen muscles and increase strength, while simultaneously removing physical and psychological tension. Pranayama (breathing exercises) are an integral part of the class, and each class ends with one of the relaxation techniques. The groups are small and adaptable to every level, so the classes can be followed by younger and older participants, and even those who have limited mobility due to health problems. They carry out the movements to the level of their own limitation.

Sanja Dodoš, an economist by profession, has shown an interest in movement and the human body since childhood, which is how she began her acquaintance with ballet, and later with different sports, and finally with yoga and its different styles. He becomes a yoga instructor at Dragan Lončar’s Vidya yoga school, continues his education and completes his training with yin yoga teachers Sebastian Pucelle and Murielle Burellier. However, he remains faithful to the Satyananda Yoga school. Through deepening her personal practice, her interest in working with people and the desire to transfer and share the acquired knowledge and experience with others grows.
